Pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale, un dépôt souterrain de munitions militaires a été construit à Mitholz (BE). En 1947, une partie des munitions stockées a explosé. L’évaluation des risques réalisée à l’époque concernant le reste du dépôt avait conclu que celui-ci ne présentait pas de danger. De nouvelles analyses des risques menées en 2018 et 2020 ont toutefois mis en évidence un risque plus élevé que ce qui avait été supposé jusqu’alors. Le 4 décembre 2020, le Conseil fédéral a décidé de procéder à l' élimination des munitions l’ancien dépôt de munitions et a chargé une organisation de projet élargie de la planification et de la conception des travaux correspondants. Le présent appel d’offres porte sur l’attribution du mandat de « maître d’œuvre pour l’utilisation provisoire de l’installation » dans le cadre du sous-projet TP 2 « Bâtiments et soutien en matière de construction ».
