Original language: csPředmětem VZ je uzavření smlouvy s jedním účastníkem zadávacího řízení na zabezpečení služby Pronájem mobilní zateplené haly k zabezpečení garážování techniky VÚ 4423 Přáslavice k zabezpečení náhradních garážových prostor pro kolovou techniku, která vyžaduje stálé připojení k elektrické síti.
Zadavatel se rozhodl uzavřít smlouvu na dobu 6 let z následujících důvodů: Pronájem zateplené haly na období 2026-2032 je potřebný z důvodu nemožnosti využití krytého stání v objektech kasáren Přáslavice. Budoucí nemovitá výstavba je dle střednědobého plánu plánována na období let 2027 - 2031. Potřeba krytého garážového stání pro techniku na podvozku TITUS je nutná již v současné době. V případě uzavření smlouvy na dobu 4 let a následné smlouvy na 2 roky by vznikly vícenáklady na opětovnou montáž a demontáž haly, které by bylo nutné provádět při každé uzavřené smlouvě. Tyto vícenáklady zadavatel považuje vzhledem k charakteru veřejné zakázky jako neúměrné a v rozporu se zásadami 3E.
