[SCOPE OF TENDER......]The objective is for the firmto proofread, edit and design the layout of the SWF analysispapertitled, “AComprehensive, Policy-OrientedComparativeAnalysisof African Sovereign Wealth Funds”.
The firm will design the relevant infographics and proper formatting (data tables, colour combination, size etc), in close coordination with the requester (LEAD AFRICA team) and in alignment with UNDP branding guidelines.
The firm will be provided with the information to be includedinthepaper.Thefirm’sworkwillmainlyinvolve,butisnotlimitedto,the followingaspects:proofreading,editing,developingthespecificlayoutandgraphic designmock-uptobeusedindesigningtheSWFanalysispaperfortheLEADAfrica team to review.Thecontractedfirmwilldeliverthefollowing1.Proofread,editandreviewtherawSWFdocuments(Word/PDFformat, ~25 pages) for structure, data tables, and figures.2.ApplyUNDPvisualidentityguidelines(blue/goldpalette,sans-serif fonts, minimalist style) to all elements.3.Develop3-5custominfographicsillustratingkeyconcepts.4.Ensuremobile-responsivePDFandinteractiveHTMLversionsfor digital distribution.Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
