Description

Die Kernaufgabe des Property Managements liegt im treuhänderischen Management sämtlicher operativer immobilienbezogener Funktionen zur Wertsicherung der gemischtgenutzten Gewerbeimmobilie "GHP 50". Das Property Management übernimmt dabei die umfassende kaufmännische, technische und organisatorische Verwaltung des Objekts, wobei neben den aktuellen Objekt- und Eigentümeranforderungen insbesondere die Bedürfnisse der Nutzer zu berücksichtigen sind, um einen reibungslosen, sicheren und wirtschaftlichen Betrieb sicherzustellen. Zu den Aufgaben zählen die Übernahme und Prüfung aller relevanten Unterlagen, die laufende Betreuung von Mietern und Eigentümern, die Steuerung von Dienstleistern sowie die Überwachung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen. Während die Büroflächen allein durch das Property Management kaufmännisch zu managen sind, ist für das Center Management der "PERLE" ergänzend ein Center Manager beauftragt, mit dem sich der Property Manager eng abzustimmen hat. Ziel ist die nachhaltige und effiziente Bewirtschaftung des Objekts im Sinne der 3. HOVG.
