Anskaffelsen skal dekke behovet for billettsalg- og informasjonsdisk og garderobeskap ved Vikingtidsmuseet. Anskaffelsen gjelder prosjektering, produksjon og etablering av en integrert informasjonsdisk og garderober som del av et pågående byggeprosjekt, herunder nødvendige bygningsmessige arbeider, oppbygging av gulv, integrasjon og montasje på byggeplass. Informasjonsdisken skal stå sentralt i den tidligere Osebergfløyen i eksisterende bygg, nå Vestibylen, som blir et sentralt kontaktpunkt for publikum på vei både inn og ut av museet.
