Original language: PortugueseProspecção do mercado imobiliário em Belo Horizonte/MG, com vistas à futura locação de imóvel para instalação do Tribunal Regional Federal da 6ª Região (TRF6), mediante coleta de propostas técnicas de imóvel não residencial urbano, com edificação exclusiva e unitária, de uso institucional ou comercial, que atenda aos requisitos mínimos especificados no Edital e anexos.
O imóvel deverá possuir área útil mínima aproximada de 20.123,35m², indicada de acordo com o ANEXO II-B Programa de Necessidades. A região desejável do imóvel deve se situar dentro da área circundada pela avenida do Contorno de Belo Horizonte e em um raio de 3,0 km do endereço da Avenida Álvares Cabral, 1741.
Os demais requisitos mínimos e desejáveis constam do Termo de Referência, Anexos II-A e II-B, deste Edital.
