A contratação, se ocorrer, será realizada em momento posterior, após etapa obrigatória de vistoria local de conformidade, a fim de averiguar as características dos imóvel ofertados em conformidade com as descrições do edital e averiguação de características técnica por equipe da ANSN, seguindo a legislação e requisitos pertinentes à matéria. Assim, o resultado do chamamento público presta-se a subsidiar a decisão do Gestor quanto à futura contratação e as medidas correlatas a serem adotadas para sua efetivação, já que a proposta apresentada do imóvel selecionado deve este ser submetida à análise do preço de mercado por meio de elaboração de laudo técnico pela ANSN.
