Předmětem veřejné zakázky na stavební práce dle § 14 odst. 3 ZZVZ je realizace plánovaných oprav a havarijních oprav vodovodu na území hlavního města Prahy, případně v dalších lokalitách, v nichž Zadavatel provozuje vodovody v rozsahu cca 3 500 jednotlivých akcí ročně. Součástí předmětu plnění je také zřízení a využívání provozoven rozmístěných na správním území hlavního města Prahy. V každé z takových provozoven musí být uložena alespoň základní zásoba servisního materiálu určeného k průběžnému odstraňování vzniklých závad na vodovodech provozovaných Zadavatelem. Dodavatel je povinen na těchto provozovnách dodržovat všechny požadavky (např. způsob ukládání materiálu, dodržování pořádku na pracovišti, dodržování zákazu kouření atd.) týkající se bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci, ochrany životního prostředí a požární ochrany vyplývající z platných právních a ostatních předpisů k zajištění bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci.
