Das gegenständliche Verfahren beinhaltet die Vergabe der Dienstleistung Erstellung des Wirkfaktorberichtes Lärm, Erstellung des Wirkfaktorberichtes Licht/Blendung/Beschattung, Erstellung des Wirkfaktorberichtes Luftschadstoffe sowie Erstellung der schutzgutbezogenen Fachbeiträge Luft und Klima Klima- Energiekonzept im Zuge der Erstellung eines Einreichprojekts gemäß UVP-G (Umweltverträglichkeitsprüfungsgesetz) idgF im Rahmen eines vollkonzentrierten Verfahrens für das Projekt „Stockerau - Retz; selektiv 2-gleisiger Ausbau“. Zudem beinhaltet das gegenständliche Verfahren OPTIONAL die Einrichtung, den Betrieb sowie die Auswertung einer Klima- und Luftgütemessstation als auch die Begleitung während der Detailplanungsphase.
