- The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Adolescent Girls Initiatives for Learning and Empowerment (AGILE _ AF) Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Provision of 2,500 All in-one Desktop Computers, 100 Projectors, 100 Motorized projectors Screens and 100 all in one Printers for Digital Literacy training in schools - 65 Phase I, and 35 Phase II schools.
- The Bauchi State Ministry of Education, Adolescent Girls Initiatives for Learning and Empowerment (AGILE -AF) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Provision of 2,500 All in-one Desktop Computers, 100 Projectors, 100 Motorized Projector Screens and 100 all in one Printers for digital literacy training in schools - 65 Phase I, and 35 Phase II schools. The Delivery Period is 60 days and there will be no margin of preference.

3. Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, 7th edition, September 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document during office hours 9.00am to 4.00pm (local time) at the address given below.
5. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of N100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Naira) only. The method of payment will be through Bank transfer only into the Project Account (FCMB Bank Plc, Account Name: AGILE Project Counterpart Account B, Bauchi State, Account Number: 2001020804 (NGN), SORT CODE:214031920). The document will be picked at the address below, or sent by e-mail upon request and presentation of proof of payment.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 5th August, 2026 at 12:00pm (local time). Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 5th August, 2026 at 12:00 pm (local time).
7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of at least 2% of the Bid Price for the contract from a reputable Commercial Bank.
8. All Bids must be accompanied by a Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) and/or Sexual Harassment (SH) Declaration.
9. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
