Description

NHS Wales Shared Services Parentship (as hosted by Velindre University NHS Trust), in collaboration with six (6) Welsh Health Boards is seeking to procure an Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy service. The tender will be divided into Lots to take into consideration the provision of the IMCA and the paid RPR (Relevant Person Representative) service. This procurement is divided into six (6) Lots as set out below. Please note that Lot 3 and 4 are split into three (3) two separate sub-lots with the Health Board acting as the Commissioner for the Lots detailed below: Lot 1 – BCUHB IMCA Services Lot 2a – ABUUHB IMCA Services Lot 2b – ABUUHB Ad-hoc Spot-Purchase Lot 3a – CTMUHB IMCA Services Lot 3b – CTMUHB Paid RPR Services Lot 3c –CTMUHB Ad-hoc Spot-Purchase Lot 4a – CAVUHB IMCA Services Lot 4b – CAVUHB Paid RPR Services Lot 4c – CAVUHB Spot-Purchase of Paid RPR Lot 5a – HDDUHB IMCA & Paid RPR services Lot 5b – HDDUHB Ad – hoc Spot-Purchase Lot 6a – SBUHB IMCA & Paid RPR services Lot 6b – SBUHB Spot-Purchase of Paid RPR Local Authorities This lot will have a requirement for one (1) provider to deliver the services Lot 1 Provision of services IMCA services paid RPR within the Health Boards. Lot 4a Provision of IMCA services and paid RPR within the Health Boards. Lot 4b for the provision of paid RPR services for the Local Health Boards and Local Authorities within the geographical area. Lot 4c - Sot Purchase or RPR Lot 3a Provision of IMCA services and paid RPR within the Health Boards. Lot 3b for the provision of paid RPR services for the Local Health Boards and Local Authorities within the geographical area. Lot3c Provision of ad-hoc spot-purchase Lot 5a Provision of IMCA services and paid RPR within the Health Boards.
