Description

Westminster City Council is seeking to appoint suppliers for the provision, installation, operation and maintenance of community sport and wellbeing infrastructure across Westminster. The procurement comprises two lots: (1) app-enabled community sports equipment access and locker stations providing free access to sports equipment through a digital platform, and (2) outdoor fitness stations and wellbeing infrastructure providing free-to-use exercise and strength-training opportunities within public spaces. The services aim to increase participation in sport and physical activity, improve accessibility, support community wellbeing and generate measurable social value and usage outcomes across the borough. Provision, installation, operation and maintenance of a network of app-enabled sports equipment locker stations across Westminster. The service will provide residents with free access to sports equipment through a self-service digital platform, supporting increased participation in sport, improved accessibility, community engagement and physical activity outcomes. The supplier will be responsible for installation, operation, maintenance, user support, equipment management and performance reporting.
