ADB requires capable and well experienced service providers to support in its digital ambition and shall establish apool of service providers for specific work categories.In an increasingly dynamic and uncertain global environment, organizations such as the Asian Development Bank (ADB) require rapid, reliable, and portable communications and operations capabilities to ensure business continuity and emergency response effectiveness. Based on the Emergency Communications Systems (ECS) recommendations report, it is evident that traditional office setups are insufficient during crises such as natural disasters, political unrest, and communication infrastructure failures.To address these needs, an "Office in a Box" solution is proposed. This compact, selfcontained setup will enable personnel to quickly establish a functional, secure, and connected operational environment anywhere in the world.
