The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), through its Global Programme on Crimes that Affect the Environment (GPCAE), supports Member States in combating environmental crime, including wildlife trafficking.
In this context, UNODC is planning the 10th Wildlife Inter-Regional Enforcement (WIRE) Meeting, to be held in Nairobi, Kenya, in November 2026, bringing together approximately 120–150 participants from Africa and Asia.
UNODC seeks to identify qualified and experienced service providers for comprehensive event management services.
The selected service provider(s) will be expected to deliver a full-service event package, including but not limited to:
A.
Accommodation Services
• Hotel accommodation arrangements for approximately 100 international participants
• Conference venue within the same or nearby facility
B.
Conference & Meeting Services
• Fully equipped conference rooms for up to 150 participants
• Breakout rooms and plenary facilities
• Catering: lunches and coffee/tea breaks
C.
Transport & Logistics
• Airport transfers for international participants
• Local transport coordination
D.
Simultenous Interpretation Services
E.
Event Management & Coordination
• End-to-end planning and on-site management
• Registration services
• Liaison with UNODC and stakeholders
F.
Ancillary Services
• Printing and branding materials
• Audio-visual equipment and hybrid meeting setup
• Visa facilitation support (where applicable)
A detailed technical description will be issued at the solicitation stage.
Interested bidders must meet,including but not limited to the following conditions:
a.
Legal registration as a business entity
b.
Proven experience in organising international conferences or large scale events
c.
Bidder should not be listed on any restricted lists (such as World bank, or any other UN agency).
