Description
The Office for Nuclear Regulation (ONR) is seeking to appoint one Service Provider from suppliers approved under the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework RM6290, Lot 1 Executive Search - Grad 6, SCS1 & SCS2 (and equivalent). Award of contract shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the framework.
ONR is looking for an agile, experienced supplier to support recruitment of a number of executive and senior level roles on a call-off basis.
An imminent requirement will be the permanent recruitment of the Deputy Chief Inspector role (SCS Pay Band 1 equivalent). ONR is therefore looking for a partner with experience of recruiting at an executive director level, in a regulatory and/or high hazard industry.
Support with other senior level roles may be required in the coming months in more corporate positions, so experience of recruiting across multiple sectors and disciplines would be beneficial.
Service required:
· Search identifying and attracting potential applicants to apply for positions
· Long list and short list
· Assessment and evaluation (psychometric testing preferrable, but is not essential)
