Description
The Commonwealth as represented by Australian Fisheries Management Authority (the Customer) invites tenderers for the provision of monitoring services (the Requirement) as described in this Commonwealth ATM.
The purpose of this RFT is to identify market capability, capacity and costs to deliver the Requirement including:a) SBT transfer weighing attendance and monitoring in the SBT Fishery,b) Obtain and maintain equipment and personnel to conduct transfer weighing’s in the SBT Fisheryc) Assist with research undertaken,d) Record live and dead SBT,e) Compliance assistance and reportingf) Documentation, reporting and book keeping,g) Deliver briefings, port visits and additional requirements
Conditions for Participation:
The Conditions for Participation applicable to this RFT are that the tenderer:a) exist as a legal entity at closing timeb) agrees to contract as a single legal entityc) Tenderer must not be insolvent, bankrupt in liquidation or under administration or receivership at the Closing Timed) has the necessary local, state, territory and commonwealth licences, permits, qualifications and approvals for to undertake the tendered service/s. Alternatively, signs a statutory declaration declaring the ability to acquire the relevant local, state, territory or commonwealth documentation to undertake the tendered service/s in the tendered location/s within 1 month of commencement of the Contracte) tenderers (and any of their proposed subcontractors) are not to be subject to any adverse Court or Tribunal decision or Order (not including decisions under appeal) for a breach of workplace relations law, work health and safety law, modern slavery or workers compensation law, or if the tenderer is so subject that the tenderer has fully complied, or is fully complying with the Court or Tribunal decision or Order.
