Provision of Goods for Emergency Relief
Save the Children International is seeking a partner for the supply of beverages and processed food, including ready-to-eat items, packaged food with a long shelf life, as well as certain perishable food items, for emergency relief purposes

We are inviting submissions for our tender package “FWA to supply beverages and processed food items for emergency relief”. Detailed instructions and tender response documents are available in the attached “Ho so moi thau”.
Bidders wishing to submit a bid must use the Bidder Response Document template in Part 3 of this Tender package. Any bid received using different formats, or incomplete bids, will not be accepted. This document allows bidders to submit all the required information and be evaluated fairly and equally against the Essential, Capability and Commercial Criteria.
Submission Deadline: 18:00 on 22/06/2026. Late submissions may be void.
