Provision of Logistical Support Services: CPDAE Annual Meeting
Description
The Adaptation Fund Board Secretariat seeks a vendor to
provide logistics support services for the CPDAE annual meeting to be held
first week of June 2026 in Dakar, Senegal. The selected vendor will be
responsible for comprehensive logistical coordination, including travel
arrangements, accommodation, in-out transport reimbursements, and participant
coordination for CPDAE members attending the event.
Interested vendors with demonstrated experience in managing
international multi-participant events are encouraged to submit their
proposals. Further details on requirements, evaluation criteria are provided in
the Terms of Reference.
