The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) is seeking for potential vendors to express interest for its requirement for the provision of major alterations of existing infrastructure services at the UNAMA UNOCA Compound, in Kabul, Afghanistan.
UNAMA intends to establish a contract for the major alterations of the existing infrastructure at the UNAMA UNOCA Compound.
Ground floor =377.2 sqm
First floor = 377.2 sqm.

Specific Requirements/Information
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
i.
Vendor minimum experience in structural steel building construction field of minimum 7 years.
Vendors are required to provide supporting documents e.g. valid certificate of incorporation, clientās reference letters, contract documents and any other experience related documents.
ii.
Successful completion of 2 similar building construction/expansion projects of minimum value US$500,000 each. vendors are required to provide supporting documents e.g.
Clientās reference letters for successful completion of projects and related contract documents.
iv.
United Nations Global Market Place (UNGM) registration is mandatory.
Company should be registered in UNGM.
Level 2 registration is preferred.
If not registered, you can register using the link ttps://www.ungm.org.
Please provide proof of UNGM registration by providing the company UNGM number.
EOI responses that are not accompanied by undisputable evidence in form of supporting documents as requeted above will not be considered for invitation to participate in the bidding exercise.
