Description

Via the use of an Open Procedure, University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust wishes to award a contract to suitably qualified provider(s) for the supply and delivery of milk and bread products across its hospital sites. The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 (Milk) and Lot 2 (Bread). Products must meet the Trust’s requirements relating to quality, food safety, sustainability, delivery performance, and regulatory compliance, as detailed in the procurement documents. Suppliers must provide a range of milk products, including skimmed milk, semi-skimmed milk, and full cream milk, all available in a variety of sizes including 1 pint/500ml, 2 pint/1 litre & 4 pint/2 litre.
