The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime Regional Office for Eastern Africa (UNODC ROEA) invites qualified and experienced service providers to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) to participate in an upcoming solicitation for the provision of outside catering services across various regions in Kenya.
The objective of this requirement is to ensure the timely and reliable delivery of high quality catering services in support of UNODC activities, including trainings, workshops, meetings, and other official events conducted in different regions of Kenya.
The scope of Outside Catering Services will include, but not limited to:
i.
Provision of morning and afternoon tea with sweet & salty snacks
ii.
Buffet lunch (Meat. vegetables and fruit) with one soft drink
iii. 500ml bottled water for morning and afternoon sessions
iv.
Notebook and pens
The Outside Catering Services will be required across multiple region in Kenya, structured into the following lots.
• Lot 1 - Central and Eastern Region (Kiambu, Nyeri, Embu, Meru, Kitui & Machakos)
• Lot 2 - North Eastern Region (Garissa, Wajir, Marsabit & Isiolo)
• Lot 3 - Rift Valley Region (Nakuru, Naivasha, Narok, Kericho, Uasin Gishu)
• Lot 4 - Nyanza and Western Regions (Kisumu, Kisii, Migori, Bungoma, Kakamega)
• Lot 5 - Coastal Region (Mombasa, Lamu, Malindi &Tana River)
Lot 6 - Nairobi
