Submission Deadline and Proposal Opening2.1 The deadline for submission of proposals is 3:00pm Myanmar Time on 9 November 2026.Emailed bids must be sent exclusively to procurementyangon@unicef.org in a non-editableformat (e.g., PDF), clearly marked with the RFP reference number LRPS-2026-9206595 and the company name in the subject line: e.g.,- "LRPS-2026-9206595 - Technical Proposal - Company Name"- "LRPS-2026-9206595 - Financial Proposal - Company Name"Proposals are not to be sent to individual UNICEF staff members.
