1. The United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA) hereby invites qualified vendors to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in an upcoming solicitation process for the "Provision of Post Exchange (PX) Services at various MINUSCA Locations in Central African Republic".

2. MINUSCA is seeking to establish and sustain an efficient retail PX operations capable providing reasonably priced merchandise meeting International Standards and that meet the needs and expectations of UN authorised personnel, at no-cost to the Mission, in accordance with UN regulations and rules.

3. The range of duty-free and tax-free items required by the Mission includes, but is not limited to, Personal, Household, Domestic and Consumer Equipment and Supplies, Food ( Dry, Frozen, Vegeterian,Non Vegeterian) and Beverages, (Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic), Tobacco, Perfumery Products, Electronics, Clothing, Apparel, Luggage and Personal Care Products etc.

The comprehensive list will be provided in the solicitation document.

4. The resulting contract(s) will be awarded for an initial period of three (03) years with the possibility of extension for an additional two (02) years (1+1), subject to the extension of the MINUSCA mandate, availability of funds and satisfactory performance of the contractor.

Interested companies are invited to submit their EOI in PD or UMGM Portal or by e-mail (please refer to email addresses provided above).

6. This EOI does not constitute a solicitation.

MINUSCA reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process.

Submitting a response to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.

7. The EOI, clearly marked, “Expression of Interest – “Provision of Post Exchange (PX) Services at various MINUSCA locations in the Central African Republic" must be received by MINUSCA no later than 09 June 2026 at 17:00 hrs Bangui time.

La gamme d’articles hors taxes et exonĂ©rĂ©s de droits requis par la Mission comprend notamment, sans s’y limiter : Ă©quipements et fournitures personnels, mĂ©nagers, domestiques et de consommation ; produits alimentaires (secs, congelĂ©s, vĂ©gĂ©tariens et non vĂ©gĂ©tariens) ; boissons (alcoolisĂ©es et non alcoolisĂ©es) ; produits du tabac ; produits de parfumerie ; articles Ă©lectroniques ; vĂȘtements et habillement ; bagages ; produits de soins personnels ; etc.

4. Le(s) contrat(s) résultant(s) sera(seront) attribué(s) pour une période initiale de trois (03) ans, avec possibilité de prolongation pour une période additionnelle de deux (02) ans (1+1), sous réserve de la prolongation du mandat de la MINUSCA, de la disponibilité des fonds et de la performance satisfaisante du contractant.
