Caerphilly County Borough Council ("the Council") is undertaking pre-market engagement to inform a future procurement for the Provision of Process Serving. he Council relies on process serving services to support statutory and court proceedings, primarily in relation to Public Law Outline (PLO) matters and care proceedings.
