Description

1. The Ministry of Agriculture Guyana Livestock Development Authority (GLDA) hereinafter referred to as “the Procuring Entity”, invites interested bidders to submit their bids for the “Provision of Security Services for the Period 1st January 2027-31st December, 2027” 2. Bidders may obtain further information and familiarize themselves with the bid documents. If interested, a complete set of bidding documents can be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $2,000 GYD at the following address: Guyana Livestock Development Authority, Accounts Department, Agriculture Road, Mon Repos, ECD . Tel. No. 220-6557, 08:30hrs to 15:30hrs Mondays to Thursdays and 08:30hrs to 14:30hrs on Fridays, from the 10th day of November, 2026. 3. All bidders should submit their bids not later than 09:00 hours on the 1st day of December 2026 at the address below: The Chairman National Procurement and Tender Administration Board, Ministry of Finance 49 Main and Urquhart Streets Georgetown, Guyana. 4. All late bids will be rejected and returned to bidders unopened. 5. Bids will be valid for Ninety (90) days from the date of bid opening. 6. Bids that are incorrectly labeled will not be opened. 7. An original Bid Security of (1%) of the tendered amount is required, in the form of a Manager’s Cheque, Bank Guarantee or Bond from a licensed financial institution. 8.
