Description

The Public Transport Authority (PTA) seeks the service of an appropriately experienced and qualified service provider to provide the Albany Regional Town Bus Service. The current contract for the provision of this service expires on the 3rd of July 2027 and the new contract, the subject of this Request for Tender (RFT) will commence 4th of July 2027. The scope of services include the following activities: Provision of Bus Services in the Albany Service Area; Maintenance of approved Buses; Mechanical services; Collection of Gross Cash Fare Revenue on behalf od the PTA; Meeting the obligations of the Depot Lease(s); and Any service connected with the service of otherwise required by the Contract. A Mandatory Briefing and Bus Inspection Session will be held for all potential Tenderers. The briefing will commence at 11am on Wednesday, 18th of November 2026 at the Albany Bus Depot. Tenderers who fail to attend or be represented at the Mandatory Briefing shall be excluded for consideration under this RFT.
