UNESCO Iraq is requesting proposals from qualified firms/institutions to conduct the final evaluation of the project "Enhancing Employability for Vulnerable Youth in Ninawa, Iraq," funded by KOICA.

The evaluation covers the project period from July 2022 to September 2026 and will assess relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability in line with UNESCO's Evaluation Policy and OECD-DAC criteria.

The assignment covers three vocational institutions in Ninawa (Ninawa Agriculture School, Intissar Commercial High School for Girls, and Ninawa/Mosul Vocational Training Centre).

Expected duration is approximately four months, starting 1 August 2026, with deliverables including an inception report, draft evaluation report, final evaluation report, and a presentation of findings.
