Operation and further development of the My Prague system

The City of Prague (the sole shareholder of the contracting authority) commissioned the creation of the VISITIS information system, which enables dynamic management of sustainable tourism in accordance with the needs of the City of Prague. The VISITIS system allows for the management and distribution of tourism both in place (recommending locations) and in time (recommending the right time to visit). The operation of the system will ultimately increase the quality of tourism services provided to tourists and at the same time allow for the dispersal of visitors from the city center to the peripheries, thus preventing the negative impacts of mass tourism, which reduces the quality of life of residents, their safety, and threatens the genius loci of the Prague Monument Reserve. The system further collects anonymized data on visitor behavior and preferences and provides it exclusively to other systems of the contracting authority for further processing and strategic planning and decision-making. The system draws data from so-called data catalogs or from other external data sources. The service allows administrators to add external data sources, thereby enriching their own database and at the same time providing users of the mobile application with additional added value. It is also possible to adjust its partial settings through a separate service intended for operating the content of the mobile application, which is ready for future integration into a single central editorial system. The VISITIS system is currently in pilot operation. The aim of this public contract is therefore to ensure the operation and further development of the system so that it can be properly used for the purpose for which it was created. The contracting authority is the marketing and service organization of the City of Prague (HMP), which provides tourism services for HMP. Based on the contract between the contracting authority and HMP, the contracting authority was entrusted with ensuring the operation and further development of the VISITIS system. The contracting authority has incorporated the VISITIS system into its portfolio of applications used for the development of tourism services in Prague. In connection with this integration and with regard to the contracting authority's marketing policy, the contracting authority decided that the VISITIS system will henceforth be publicly referred to by the name "My Prague". The subject of this public contract is to bring the My Prague system into production operation on the cloud infrastructure, which will be provided by the supplier within the scope of fulfilling this public contract. The subject of this public contract also includes ensuring support for the operation of the system in accordance with the concluded contract and ensuring the further development of the system.
