ředmětem veřejné zakázky je provozní a odborná podpora procesu řízení konfigurací (dále jen „CfM“ – Configuration management) ve Státní pokladně Centru sdílených služeb, s. p., (dále jen „SPCSS“). Provozní podpora má charakter pravidelné činnosti poskytované na základě měsíčního paušálu. Odborná podpora bude realizovaná na základě dílčích nepravidelných objednávek Zadavatele. Zadavatel předpokládá využití provozní i odborné podpory jak pro interní potřeby SPCSS, tak pro realizaci projektů pro třetí strany (zákazníky SPCSS). Zadavatel požaduje podporu CfM ve dvou základních částech: A. Provozní podpora B. Odborná podpora, která se skládá: 1. Rozvojové činnosti 2. Konzultační činnosti. Provozní podpora CfM zahrnuje činnosti na základě technologické znalosti integrací aplikací, datové manipulace a čištění dat a znalosti správy a nastavení konfigurační databáze SPCSS (dále jen „Provozní podpora“). Dodavatel bude dále poskytovat na základě uzavřených jednotlivých objednávek (člověkodnů) rozvojové činnosti v rámci CfM a konzultační činnosti v rámci CfM na základě uzavřených jednotlivých objednávek (člověkohodin).
