Operational support for SW module of dynamic localization

This tender concerns the usability and enhancement of positional accuracy for described traffic events within commercial applications. Specifically, it addresses the challenge of integrating traffic information localized via GN (Global Network) identifiers into various platforms such as web-based route planners, web and mobile traffic information services, and mobile navigation applications. The current method of localization using GN section identifiers is suitable for government administration environments when identical datasets and versions are used. However, it is not directly applicable to commercial applications that may not utilize the same data sets, rendering the interpretation of GN-localized traffic information infeasible. For these commercial purposes, the tender seeks to leverage NDIC (National Data Integration Centre) localization through TMC (Traffic Message Channel) localization, which is based on certified localization tables. The existing TMC localization network provides a simplified representation of major transit routes in the Czech Republic, but with limited detail and precision. The objective is to improve the accuracy and applicability of this dynamic localization data for a broader range of commercial uses, ensuring more precise and reliable traffic information delivery across different platforms.
