Operational support of technologies for securing the MHMP network perimeter

The subject of the public contract awarded ("public contract") is to ensure the necessary operational support for security technologies that ensure the protection of the MHMP network perimeter. This involves providing services according to the following Catalog Sheets ("CS"): • Catalog Sheet 01 – Helpdesk and Servicedesk Services • Catalog Sheet 02 – Incident Resolution • Catalog Sheet 03 – Problem Management • Catalog Sheet 04 – Performing Service Interventions • Catalog Sheet 05 – Consultations • Catalog Sheet 06 – Monitoring and Supervision Service • Catalog Sheet 07 – Security Maintenance • Catalog Sheet 08 – Documentation Management These Catalog Sheets will be provided for individual technologies, based on the activation of a Technology Sheet ("TS") for a given unit. These are: • TS01 – External Firewall • TS02 – Internal Firewall • TS03 – Firewall Management • TS04 – Endpoint Security • TS05 – Sandbox • TS06 – DDoS Protection • TS07 – Balancer & Application Firewall • TS08 – External DNS and SSL Certificate Management • TS09 – Vulnerability Management • TS10 – Municipal Firewall Management • TS11a – Municipal Firewall P1 – P22 • TS11b – Municipal Firewall P23 – P57 • TS12 – Remote Access Management Comprehensive management is necessary for the operation of these systems, which includes not only their correct configuration and integration links, but also monitoring, maintenance, preventive, mitigation, and investigative activities. These systems have licenses/M&S/RMA from the technology manufacturers, however, a qualified team for supervision, management, and development is required for their configuration, operation, and utilization. The subject of the implementation of this public contract is therefore: a) transition of the existing operational management of security technologies (Takeover Services); b) operation and management defined by Catalog and Technology Sheets (Services according to Catalog Sheets); c) provision of Specialist activities for technology development beyond the scope of Services according to Catalog Sheets in the estimated scope of 756 man-days; d) exit services. Operational support (Services according to Catalog Sheets) will be provided for a period of 36 months. Technology Sheets will be activated based on the contracting authority's operational needs. The activation of TS11a and TS11b will depend on the activation and implementation of the technology for each respective Municipal District separately.
