Within the scope of the contract, throughout its entire duration, the Contractor is obliged to comprehensively manage the ekoMałopolska Facebook page, including: • developing a strategy, • monitoring the profile, • preparing and publishing posts (text, graphic, and video materials), • preparing and publishing text, graphic, and video materials in stories and reels, • conducting advertising campaigns, • running contests, • implementing the Ordering Party's guidelines. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order (SOPZ) is Annex No. 1D to the SWZ. 4. The conditions for the execution of the order are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be incorporated into the content of this contract – the contract template, and constitute Annex No. 1C to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the contract template). 5. The Ordering Party foresees the possibility of exercising the option right within the scope of this order. The subject of the contract under the option right may be executed up to 24 weeks after the completion of the basic order. The order under the option right will be executed under the same conditions as the basic order. 6. The estimated value of the basic order is PLN 70,815.72 net. 7. The estimated value of the order for the option right is PLN 70,660.94 net. 8. In accordance with the provisions of art. 95 of the Act, the Ordering Party specifies that it does not require the contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities related to the execution of the order on the basis of an employment relationship. 9.
