1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest prowadzenie zimowego utrzymania dróg gminnych, chodników, ciągów pieszych, ścieżek rowerowych, schodów na terenie miasta i gminy Wieliczka w sezonie zimowym 2026/2027. Szczegółowy zakres prowadzenia zimowego utrzymania dróg, chodników, ciągów pieszych, ścieżek rowerowych, schodów na terenie Miasta i Gminy Wieliczka 2026/2027 został opisany w załączniku B do SWZ. 2. Utrzymaniem zimowym zostaną objęte drogi, ulice, chodniki, ciągi piesze, ścieżki rowerowe i schody o następującej sumarycznej długości/powierzchni:: Część I zamówienia (opisana w załączniku B do SWZ): - drogi: 82 530 mb, - ścieżki rowerowe: 1 122 mb, - chodniki: 3 857 mb, - schody: 128 m2. Znaczna część dróg gminnych na terenie Gminy Wieliczka jest zlokalizowana w terenie pagórkowatym. 3. Zamawiający wyróżnia następujący sposób wykonania przedmiotu zamówienia (dla każdej części zamówienia): 3.1) Dyżur dobowy (dyżur bierny) – zadaniem Wykonawcy jest obserwacja warunków atmosferycznych, objazd dróg, chodników, ciągów pieszych, ścieżek rowerowych, schodów – brak działania sprzętu na drogach. Zamawiający przewiduje przeprowadzenie 70 dyżurów biernych w okresie wykonywania zamówienia dla każdej części zamówienia. 3.2) Akcja dobowa (dyżur czynny) – od momentu stwierdzenia przez Wykonawcę, zaistnienia złych warunków pogodowych (lub na wezwanie Zamawiającego) prowadzenie czynności związanych z odśnieżaniem, usuwaniem gołoledzi, posypywaniem dróg, chodników, ciągów pieszych, ścieżek rowerowych, schodów.
