In case of a tie in the final score, the bidder who obtained the highest score in the technical proposal will be favored. If the tie persists, the bidder who obtained the highest score in the experience criterion will be chosen among those offers, if the tie persists, the bidder who obtained the highest score in the economic offer will be favored, if the tie persists, the bidder who obtained the highest score in Social Responsibility will be favored, and if the tie persists, the Mayor will decide. During the evaluation period, the opening and evaluation commission may request bidders to correct formal errors or omissions, provided that the rectifications of such errors or omissions do not give those bidders an advantage over others, i.e., as long as, in the opinion of the Municipality, the principles of strict adherence to the bases and equality of bidders are not affected; therefore, the economic offer cannot be altered. Errors in the offer price will not be considered formal errors. Such request will be informed through the public market system via the “Reverse Auction”, granting a maximum period of 48 hours to the bidder for their response on the portal www.mercadopublico.cl, starting from the request made on the portal. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the opening and evaluation commission may declare "offers inadmissible" from any bidder, for non-compliance with the requirements or documents requested in these tender documents.
