Original language: csPředmětem veřejné zakázky je uzavření Rámcové dohody s vybraným Dodavatelem na dobu 48 měsíců. Dohoda upravuje způsob průběžného objednávání vakcín v rezortu Zdravotnického zařízení Ministerstva vnitra. Plnění bude prováděno podle potřeb Zadavatele. Zadavatel není povinen odebrat žádné určené množství vakcín. Cena vakcín zahrnuje i veškeré ostatní náklady s nimi související a je neměnná; výjimkou je vyhrazená změna dohody s možností zvýšení ceny v návaznosti na index růstu spotřebitelských cen (ISC) za předcházející kalendářní rok, který publikuje Český statistický úřad. Podrobnosti jsou upraveny v Rámcové dohodě.
