The subject of the order is: 1. "Reconstruction of the A2 motorway section between the Łódź and Mazovia voivodeship border – Konotopa junction (excluding the junction) with an additional lane. Section D from km 436+917 to km 454+100, carried out as part of the project entitled: Widening of the A2 motorway section between the Łódź Północ junction (excluding the junction) – Łódź and Mazovia voivodeship border with additional lanes" The subject of the order is the reconstruction of the A2 motorway by widening it with additional lanes, which for the implementation section D involves increasing the width of each carriageway by 3.0 m (section from the beginning of the development to the "Pruszków" junction) on the inner side and by 3.5 m (section from the "Pruszków" junction to the end of the development) using the existing wide central dividing strip. Along with the widening of the carriageway, the number of lanes for both directions of traffic will change, i.e., the cross-section will change from 2/2 to the target cross-section 2/3 (section from the beginning of the development to the "Pruszków" junction) and from 2/3 to the target cross-section 2/4 (section from the "Pruszków" junction to the end of the development). The above section is a fragment of the A2 motorway located in the Mazovia voivodeship, in the districts of: grodziski, pruszkowski, warszawski zachodni, in the municipalities of: Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Milanówek, Brwinów, Pruszków, Ożarów Mazowiecki. 2. Adjustments to existing traffic management at the above-mentioned intersections and junctions – as an optional scope – Option right No. 2 a) intersection DK72/DW708 in Brzeziny; b) intersection DK92/DK14 in Łowicz; c) intersection DK92 /DK50/DW705 in Sochaczew; d) intersection DK92/DK50 in Sochaczew; e) intersection DK92/DW720 in Błonie; f) intersection DK92/DW579 (ul. Targowa) in Błonie; g) intersection DK92/DW579 (ul. Modlińska) in Błonie; h) intersection DK92/ul. Świerkowa/ul. Piastowska in Bronisze; i) intersection DK92/DW701/ul. Strzykulska in Ożarów Mazowiecki; j) intersection DK92/ul. Floriana/ ul. Strażacka in Ożarów Mazowiecki; k) intersection DK92/DW718 (ul. Ceramiczna/ ul. Umiastowska); l) Warsaw Zachód Junction; m) Opacz Junction; n) Mszczonów Północ Junction; o) Wiskitki Junction. 3. Implementation and maintenance of temporary traffic management based on the documentation entitled Detour according to Strategy No. 3 for traffic management – as an optional scope – Option right No. 1 The contractor will be obliged, based on the design documentation provided by the Contracting Authority, to implement, maintain, dismantle, and dispose of elements of temporary traffic management informing road users about designated detours. The contractor will be obliged to maintain the signage for a period of at least 24 months from the date of its implementation. In the event of an extension of the period indicated by the Contracting Authority, the Contractor shall be entitled to additional remuneration for maintaining the signage in the amount indicated by the Contractor in the Offer – Consolidated Cost Statement item II.2a for each month of signage operation. The scope of the order (items 1, 2, 3 above) includes the execution of all necessary works for the proper functioning of the motorway, in accordance with the Contracting Authority's requirements.
