Section C from km 411+466 to km 436+917, carried out as part of the project entitled: Widening of the A2 motorway in the section Łódź Północ junction (excluding the junction) – border of the Łódzkie and Mazowieckie voivodeships with additional traffic lanes

The subject of the order is: 1. "Reconstruction of the A2 motorway in the section between the Łódzkie and Mazowieckie voivodeships – Konotopa junction (excluding the junction) with an additional traffic lane. Section C from km 411+466 to km 436+917, carried out as part of the project entitled: Widening of the A2 motorway in the section Łódź Północ junction (excluding the junction) – border of the Łódzkie and Mazowieckie voivodeships with additional traffic lanes" The subject of the order is the reconstruction of the A2 motorway by widening it with additional traffic lanes, which for the implementation section C involves increasing the width of each carriageway by 3.0 m on the inner side, using the existing wide central median. Along with the widening of the carriageway, the number of lanes for both directions of traffic will change, i.e., the cross-section will change from 2/2 to the target cross-section 2/3. The above section is a fragment of the A2 motorway, which is located in the Mazowieckie voivodeship, in the districts: Żyrardowski, Grodziski in the municipalities of: Wiskitki, Baranów, Jaktorów, Grodzisk Mazowiecki. 2. Corrections of existing traffic organization at the above-mentioned intersections and junctions – as an optional scope – Option right No. 2 a) intersection of DK72/DW708 in Brzeziny; b) intersection of DK92/DK14 in Łowicz; c) intersection of DK92/DK50/DW705 in Sochaczew; d) intersection of DK92/DK50 in Sochaczew; e) intersection of DK92/DW720 in Błonie; f) intersection of DK92/DW579 (ul. Targowa) in Błonie; g) intersection of DK92/DW579 (ul. Modlińska) in Błonie; h) intersection of DK92/ul. Świerkowa/ul. Piastowska in Bronisze; i) intersection of DK92/DW701/ul. Strzykulska in Ożarów Mazowiecki; j) intersection of DK92/ul. Floriana/ ul. Strażacka in Ożarów Mazowiecki; k) intersection of DK92/DW718 (ul. Ceramiczna/ ul. Umiastowska); l) Warszawa Zachód Junction; m) Opacz Junction; n) Mszczonów Północ Junction; o) Wiskitki Junction. 3. Implementation and maintenance of temporary traffic organization based on the documentation entitled Detour according to Strategy No. 3 for traffic management as an optional scope – Option right No. 1 The Contractor will be obliged, based on the design documentation provided by the Contracting Authority, to implement, maintain, dismantle, and dispose of elements of temporary traffic organization informing road users about designated detours. The Contractor will be obliged to maintain the subject signage for a period of at least 24 months from the date of its implementation. In the event of an extension of the period indicated by the Contracting Authority, the Contractor will be entitled to additional remuneration for maintaining the signage in the amount indicated by the Contractor in the Offer – Consolidated Cost Statement item II.2a for each month of signage operation. 4. Demolition and construction of culverts under the A2 motorway in the section from km 431+220.5 to km 433+815 – as an optional scope – Option right No. 3 The Contractor will be obliged, based on the design documentation provided by the Contracting Authority and developed by the Contractor acting on behalf of Central Communication Port Ltd., to carry out works related to the demolition and construction of culverts located under the A2 motorway, taking into account the conditions contained in the agreement between Central Communication Port and the State Treasury – General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways of December 24, 2024. The scope of the order (items 1, 2, 3, 4 above) includes the performance of all necessary works for the proper functioning of the motorway, in accordance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority.
