Reconstruction of the district road on the section Sędki – Pisanica – Borzymy – voivodeship border

1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the investment task entitled. "Improving accessibility and communication coherence of the EGO subregion – Reconstruction of the district road on the section Sędki – Pisanica – Borzymy – voivodeship border" a) Task No. 1: Reconstruction of the district road on the section Sędki – Pisanica – Borzymy – voivodeship border within the framework of the regional program European Funds for Warmia and Mazury 2021-2027, 2. General characteristics of the works to be performed within Task 1: a) The project concerns the expansion and reconstruction of the district road 1884N Sędki – Pisanica – Borzymy voivodeship border, including the reconstruction and construction of necessary technical infrastructure. The task is divided into 3 stages with a total length of 17.39666 km: Stage I: 0-180,00 - 7+051,00 (in Pisanica) – length: 7.069 km Stage II: 7+245,00 (in Pisanica) - 12+300,00 – length: 5.055 km Stage III: 12+300,00 - 17+572,66 – length: 5.27266 km b) General characteristics of the works to be performed within the task: - reconstruction of the road surface (including strengthening the surface to a load capacity of 115 kN/axle), - reconstruction of intersections with side roads, - reconstruction/construction of accesses, - construction of a pedestrian path (Pisanica, Borzymy) - construction of a pedestrian and bicycle path - Stage I - construction of bus bays, - construction and reconstruction of road surface drainage (roadside ditches, culverts) - construction of sections of rainwater sewage system (stage I and II) - securing existing land infrastructure, - reconstruction of sections of low-voltage cable lines with poles, - construction of a section of technological duct (Stage III) - execution of vertical and horizontal signage and road safety devices. (including pedestrian crossings with lighting) - felling of trees and shrubs (felling of trees during the bird nesting season should be carried out under the supervision of an ornithologist, in accordance with the issued environmental impact assessment decision for the aforementioned investment), - landscaping, - sowing grass and replacement plantings, - purchase and install 2 pcs. of single-sided information boards with dimensions 240 x 120 cm, prepared in accordance with the "Visual Identity Book of the European Funds 2021-2027 brand" and in accordance with the guidelines on Beneficiaries' obligations regarding information and promotion activities of projects co-financed by the European Union. 3. Detailed description of the subject of the order for the aforementioned tasks are: - construction design, - bills of quantities, - permanent traffic organization designs, - detailed technical specifications.
