Działki: - obręb 10: 2/220, 2/104, 2/192, 2/181, 2/93, 2/66, 2/222, 2/13, 2/20, 2/190, 2/179, 2/180, 2/214, 2/213, 2/216, 2/202, 2/188, 2/186, - obręb 17: 1/5, 8, 3/2, 3/35, 5, 3/37, 3/18, - obręb 43: 1, 2. 2. Postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia prowadzone jest w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego na podstawie ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. – Prawo zamówień publicznych (t. j. Dz.U. z 2026 r., poz. 793 ze zm.), zwanej dalej „ustawą Pzp” lub "Pzp". Przedmiotowe zamówienie jest zamówieniem sektorowym. 3.
