5. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie na podstawie sporządzonej dokumentacji projektowej robót budowlanych przez Wykonawcę na rzecz Zamawiającego polegających na: „Przebudowa kuchni w Areszcie Śledczym w Zielonej Górze” 1. Dokumentami opisującymi przedmiot zamówienia jest Specyfikacja Warunków Zamówienia (zwana „SWZ”) wraz z załącznikami w szczególności dokumentacją projektową i specyfikacją techniczną wykonania i odbioru robót oraz opisem przedmiotu zamówienia. 2. Zamawiający dołącza również przedmiar, jednak wpisane w przedmiarach dane katalogowe mają funkcję pomocniczą przy określaniu ceny ofertowej dla Wykonawcy i są kodem pozycji (oznaczeniem za pomocą ciągu liter i cyfr) a nie wskazaniem obowiązującej podstawy normatywnej ilości robót. Nadrzędną wartość przy określaniu ilości i wartości robót budowlanych ma dokumentacja projektowa.
