Determination of the shoreline within the boundaries of plot no. 283/3, Jaroszówka village, Ciechłowice municipality, in agreement with Polish Waters

This tender concerns the provision of services for the determination of a shoreline within a specific land parcel (plot no. 283/3) located in Jaroszówka village, Ciechłowice municipality. The work is to be carried out in coordination with the relevant water authority, identified as "Wody Polskie" (Polish Waters). The detailed technical specifications and requirements are outlined in Annex 10 and Annex 11 of the Specification of the Requirements for the Tender (SWZ). Key aspects of the service include conducting a legal status examination of the property, re-establishing boundary points or determining the boundaries of the property subject to division, and preparing a notification of changes to the land registry if necessary. The scope also involves updating the land and building registry, including changes to land use to "Wp" (water areas), and updating the basic map with necessary elements for the division, or creating it if required for the property. A protocol of boundary determination or re-establishment of boundary points must be prepared. A crucial element is the preparation of a project for the demarcation of water-covered land from adjacent land, in accordance with the Water Law. This demarcation project requires formal agreement with the competent water management authority, specifically the State Water Holding "Wody Polskie" in Wrocław. The contractor will also be responsible for preparing a technical report and submitting the demarcation project to the Ordering Party for approval. The Ordering Party will then initiate the process with the relevant authority to officially establish the shoreline. Finally, the geodetic documents must be submitted to the geodetic and cartographic documentation center, depending on the procedure adopted by the competent authority regarding the shoreline determination decision.
