The subject of the order is the preparation and delivery by the Contractor of a stationary training entitled "Management Academy: Change Management at the University", carried out as part of the project "UAM Competence Development Academy", project number FERS.01.05-IP.08-0459/25. The aim of the training is to develop participants' competencies in planning, implementing, and monitoring change processes in higher education institutions. The training is addressed to individuals holding top-level management positions at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, in particular to the rectorate, deans' authorities, the chancellor's office and treasury staff, and directors and deputy directors of administrative units. The training should combine theoretical knowledge with the practical application of change management tools and exercises based on real organizational challenges of the university. The scope of the training includes in particular:
- models and concepts of change management and their application in public institutions, including universities;
- organizational and legal conditions of university functioning affecting the initiation and implementation of changes;
- tools for diagnosing, planning, and evaluating change processes;
- analysis of stakeholders, their needs, level of influence, and expected reactions;
- identification and analysis of risks associated with the change process;
- planning communication in the change process;
- planning the change process, formulating goals, and selecting appropriate tools and actions;
- implementing and monitoring change-related activities;
- responding to difficulties, resistance, and conflicts arising in the change process;
- building cooperation and conducting dialogue with various groups in the academic community;
- practical methods of communication, monitoring, and evaluation of change processes;
- best practices in change management in the higher education sector;
- working with examples of real university organizational challenges.
The training should be conducted using activating methods, in particular: interactive lecture, workshops, case studies, and individual and group exercises. The detailed training program will be agreed upon at the stage of signing the contract. The training program should be consistent with the training syllabus, which is Annex No. 4 to the request for proposals. The Contractor will also be obliged to prepare and conduct a pre-test and post-test to verify learning outcomes. Upon completion of the training, the Contractor will provide participants with a certificate/confirmation of completion. As part of the order execution, the Contractor will provide training materials for participants, in particular a presentation/script and worksheets of tools used during the training. Materials provided to participants must take into account principles of gender-neutral and non-discriminatory language and be adapted to the specifics of university administration. Training materials must include markings required for the project, in particular the information: "Training co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus within the framework of the UAM Competence Development Academy project" and appropriate graphic markings in accordance with current principles for marking projects co-financed by European Funds. The Ordering Party provides training rooms at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. The training will be conducted for a total of up to 69 participants, in 3 training groups x 6 hours. The Ordering Party reserves the right to conduct a smaller number of groups, depending on the actual needs of the project. 6 didactic hours for one group, where 1 didactic hour is 45 minutes. A contract will be concluded with the selected Contractor.
Conditions for amending the contract: 1. When the necessity arises to change the date or method of executing the subject of the order due to changes in the funding rules of the task resulting from contracts signed by the Ordering Party with Intermediate Institutions; 2. In the event of "force majeure" preventing the execution of the contract within the deadlines specified in the contract. The parties will introduce amendments to the contract regarding deadlines, taking into account delays resulting from force majeure; 3. In the event of discrepancies or ambiguities in the interpretation of terms used in the contract, which cannot be resolved otherwise, and the amendment will enable the resolution of discrepancies and clarification of the contract for unambiguous interpretation of its provisions by the parties; 4. Changes concerning the place of residence/registered office of the Contractor during the term of the contract, bank account numbers, and other identification data; 5. Changes leading to the correction of obvious typographical and calculation errors in the contract text; 6. All minor changes are permissible, understood as changes that, if known at the stage of the procurement procedure, would not have influenced the group of entities applying for the contract or the outcome of the procedure. 7. Contractors are not entitled to any claims against the Ordering Party for rejecting their offer. - no information regarding the process of evaluating and selecting offers will be disclosed to Contractors or other persons not officially involved in the offer evaluation and selection process. The Ordering Party may, during the examination and evaluation of offers, request Contractors to provide explanations regarding the content of submitted offers. The Ordering Party will reject the offer of a Contractor who fails to provide explanations or if the evaluation of explanations along with the provided evidence confirms that the offer contains untrue or undocumented information.
