Open tender for the supply of computer sets for the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Radom

The subject of the order is the supply of 210 All In One computer sets for the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Radom. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. GDPR information clause: We inform you that your personal data will be processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b and c GDPR for the purpose of conducting this public procurement procedure and concluding a contract. The information clause regarding the processing of personal data is included in Chapter XXIII of the SWZ. Other information: 1. The contractor participating in the proceedings is obliged to pay a bid bond in the amount of PLN 5,000.00 before the deadline for submitting offers. 2. In this public procurement procedure, communication between the Contracting Authority and contractors takes place using the e-Procurement Platform, which is available at https://ezamowienia.gov.pl. 3. The offer must be submitted, under penalty of nullity, in electronic form signed with a qualified electronic signature. The offer must be submitted via the e-Procurement Platform located at: https://ezamowienia.gov.pl/ along with all declarations and documents required in the SWZ. 4. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial offers. 5. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of variant offers. 6. The Contracting Authority does not foresee the conclusion of a framework agreement. 7. The Contracting Authority does not foresee the obligation to provide security for the proper performance of the contract. 8. The Contracting Authority does not foresee orders referred to in art. 214 sec. 1 item 7 and 8 of the Pzp Act. 9. The Contracting Authority does not require the Contractor to carry out a site visit or to check the documents necessary for the performance of the order, referred to in art. 131 sec. 2 of the Pzp Act. 10. The Contracting Authority does not foresee an inverted order of offer evaluation, referred to in art. 139 of the Pzp Act. 11. The Contracting Authority does not foresee the selection of the most advantageous offer using an electronic auction. 12. The Contracting Authority does not foresee the reimbursement of costs of participation in the proceedings. 13. The Contracting Authority does not foresee requirements regarding employment on the basis of an employment relationship, in the circumstances referred to in art. 95 of the Pzp Act. 14. The Contracting Authority does not foresee requirements regarding the employment of persons referred to in art. 96 sec. 2 item 2 of the Pzp Act. 15. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the right to apply for the contract only by Contractors referred to in art. 94 of the Pzp Act. 16. The Contracting Authority does not require the Contractor to personally perform key tasks in accordance with art. 60 and art. 121 of the Pzp Act. 17. The Contracting Authority does not set a requirement or possibility to submit an offer in the form of electronic catalogs or to attach electronic catalogs to the offer, in the situation specified in art. 93 of the Pzp Act.
