1.Przedmiotem zamówienia usługa przygotowania i przeprowadzenia szkoleń zgodnych z przepisami Rozporządzenia Rady Ministrów z dnia 30 marca 2020 roku w sprawie szkoleń dla pracowników centrum usług społecznych (Dz.U. z 2020 r. poz. 664) z terenu województwa pomorskiego, obejmujących: •Moduł I - szkolenie z zakresu zarządzania i organizacji usług społecznych, w wymiarze 60 godzin; •Moduł II - szkolenie z zakresu opracowywania i realizacji indywidualnych planów usług społecznych, w wymiarze 52 godzin; •Moduł III - szkolenie z zakresu organizacji społeczności lokalnej, w wymiarze 57 godzin. 2.Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został określony w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ oraz we wzorze umowy, który stanowi załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
