Option Right - The Ordering Party foresees the possibility of exercising the option right, which consists in entrusting the Contractor with the implementation of an additional scope of services in case of the implementation of another incubation round within the project. The maximum scope of the order implemented under the option right is up to 100% of the value of services provided for in the basic order for individual parts (A–J). 3. The activation of the option right is the exclusive right of the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party is not obliged to exercise the option right, and the Contractor is not entitled to any financial or legal claims in this regard. 4. Services provided under the option right will be performed on the terms specified in the basic contract, at net unit prices presented by the Contractor in the price form (Annex No. 2) of the basic offer.
