Projekty rekomendacji będą przedmiotem dyskusji i zatwierdzenia przez Radę Programową ds. kompetencji działającą przy Prezesie PARP. W związku z tym usługa obejmie również wsparcie Zamawiającego w zakresie procesu uchwalania (zatwierdzania) projektów rekomendacji. Projekty rekomendacji zostaną przygotowane w oparciu o załączony wzory (Załącznik nr 1 i 2 do OPZ). Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia i warunki wykonania zamówienia zostały określone odpowiednio w załączniku nr 1 do Zaproszenia (Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia) i załączniku nr 2 do Zaproszenia (wzór umowy).
