The subject of the order is the acceptance for treatment in the sewage treatment plant of leachate (industrial wastewater) from a closed landfill of non-hazardous and inert waste in Sieraków, commune of Police. 2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) 90420000-7 Sewage treatment services 90000000-7 Sewage collection, waste disposal, cleaning/sweeping and environmental services 3. The maximum annual quantities of leachate to be accepted and treated are 13,000 m3. 4. The Ordering Party will deliver leachate by vehicles with cesspit tanks with a capacity of 10 m3 – 25 m3. The entity delivering the leachate will receive a written statement from the Ordering Party authorizing it to perform this activity on its behalf. The statement will include the name of the entity, the make and number of the vehicle, the capacity of the cesspit tank, and the period of service provision. 5. In the event that the subject of the order is carried out in a scope smaller than the projected maximum amount of leachate, the Contractor will not be entitled to any claims. 6. The Contractor shall perform the subject of the order with the utmost diligence required of an entity professionally providing such services, on the principle of ensuring the highest quality of work, in accordance with the provisions of generally applicable law, as well as the SWZ and the offer, which will constitute an integral part of the contract.
