IDIQ Contract for the Purchase, Installation, Maintenance Water Sampling, Servicing, And Repair of Monochloramine Disinfection Systems For Treatment of Hot and/or Cold-Water Distribution Systems At Various NYCHA Developments Citywide. Scope of Work: This is a IDIQ Contract for the purchase, installation, maintenance including water sampling, servicing, and repair of Monochloramine disinfection systems for treatment of hot and/or cold water distribution systems in response to detected waterborne pathogens. The quoted unit prices in the form of Proposal are inclusive of all labor and materials required to perform the work of this contract.Contract Term: 3 years from the award date on NYCHAs Purchase Order. NYCHA, in its sole discretion, shall have the option to extend the Term of this Contract for up to two one-year renewal options.
