Description

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Justice (DOJ) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake New Category 6 (Cat6) cabling for a Prisoner Telephone System upgrade at the two (2) below nominated sites: Hakea Prison Casuarina Prison The Work includes but is not limited to New Category 6 (Cat6) cabling for a Prisoner Telephone System upgrade for the two prison sites. Tenderers should note that PFM reserves the right to award all or individual sites to contractors based on cost submission. No variations will be considered for the award of individual sites – contractors are expected to price accordingly. You may offer savings for award of multiple sites, but this must be noted specifically. Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their Tender. All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordan ce with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.
