Purchase details: • Contracting of a specialized fumigation service is required, for the integrated management and control of pests in the building where the San Pedro Sula regional office in the department of Cortes is currently located. Pests to combat: rodents, bats, cockroaches, fungi and mold on walls and ceilings, and other pests or insects. To prepare the quote, it will be essential to conduct a prior inspection of the facilities. Inspection visits can be made between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. To coordinate the inspection, please contact Edwin Gavarrete at 3215-3262. The awarded company must provide the certificate issued by ARSA corresponding to the service performed. Quotation requirements: The original quotation must be submitted in the name of the Secretariat of Labor and Social Security, including RTN 08019000233040. The submitted proposal must contain the following information: • Complete supplier details (name or company name, address, RTN, email, phone). • Process number for which the offer is made: SETRASS-CM-GC-2026-054. • Detailed description of the good or service offered. • Unit and total price, including taxes, in national currency. • Quotation validity. • Availability and delivery times. • Supplier's signature and stamp. • Product warranty. • Photograph of the offered product. • Name, phone number, and/or email address of the person in charge for communications or inquiries. • Valid copy of the Operating Permit, Tax Clearance, SIAFI PIN, ONCAE Registration Certificate, Sanitary License, and Environmental License.
